- Provide pre-event, event and post-event support services.
- Accounting / Finance
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping services including deposits, invoices, accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Provide monthly management reports including P&L, Balance Sheet
- Provide year-end reports for Tax Accountant
- Help develop annual budget
- Board of Directors
- Provide meeting minutes
- Provide continuity and act as sounding board for strategy, projects, committees
- Help with development of policies, procedures, organization structure
- Liaison with vendors
- Assist with bylaw revisions
