  • Provide monthly management reports including P&L, Balance Sheet
  • Provide year-end reports for Tax Accountant
  • Help develop annual budget

  • Board of Directors
  • Provide meeting minutes
  • Provide continuity and act as sounding board for strategy, projects, committees
  • Help with development of policies, procedures, organization structure
  • Liaison with vendors
  • Assist with bylaw revisions
